A century-old brand, Galibier is rooted in the French Alps. The brand’s iconic models equipped the biggest names from the golden age of mountaineering, along with many legendary explorers, before it was eventually made dormant.
Products and stocks

Galibier footwear has a standard fit to suit most feet. If you take a shoe size 42, please also select size 42 for your Galibier shoes.

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for our availability alert on the relevant product page. You will then be alerted by email when the product becomes available again.
Customer account

You can create your account by clicking on “My account” at the top of our website. This space provides access to all our shared elements, meaning that you can view your personal details, purchases, returns and repairs.
Membership of the Galibier Club gives you early access to content related to the brand’s revival and new products. You can sign up by clicking here.
You can reset your password by clicking on “My account” at the top of our website, then on “Forgotten password”. You will be asked to enter your email address to regain access.
You can edit your personal details from your customer account, via the “Personal details” tab.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking on the link provided at the bottom of our communications.
Online orders

We currently only deliver to countries using the euro currency (excluding French overseas territories and departments). Our technical teams are working to offer delivery to all countries in the near future.
The delivery time for your order varies between 1 and 3 working days to France as well as abroad, subject to customs clearance. Shipping costs are €6 for delivery to a pickup point, and €10 for home delivery; free of charge for purchases over €100.
We offer a choice of several payment methods to suit our customers’ preferences. These payments methods are displayed when you confirm your order. Payments by cheque or bank transfer are not accepted.
Our payment system is completely secure and complies with regulations.
If your payment is refused, please contact </span><span style=”font-weight: 400;”>our customer service department</span><span style=”font-weight: 400;”> to determine the reason for the refusal.
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you call our customer service department, we can try to cancel it if it has not yet been despatched. Our customer service department can be reached on +33 4 85 40 00 38 or via the online form available by clicking here.
All orders placed on our website are delivered by DHL and its partners.
You can check whether your order has been received by going into the “My Orders” tab in your customer account. You will also be sent a confirmation email to let you know that your order has been received. Once your order has been despatched, you can track its status through your customer account or via the carrier website using the tracking number sent to you by email.
A signature is required for delivery. The day before your delivery, you will receive a message from the carrier informing you of your delivery slot. If this is not suitable, you can choose another delivery option (date or time).
Returns and refunds

You can return your order (fully or partially) free of charge within 31 days of your order being delivered. Once our logistics department receives your return, we will then issue a credit note or refund for your order.
Products cannot be directly exchanged. Once your return is received, we will offer a credit note valid for a year, or a refund on your purchase.

Guarantee and repair

The manufacturer’s warranty lasts for 2 years from the date of purchase. Purchasing from our website at www.galibier.com or registering your purchase from a retailer means that you are entitled to a 1-year manufacturer extended warranty.

To establish which repairs are needed to extend the life of your shoes, there are various options available:
